Terms of service

I reserve the right to decline or abandon any commissions. If I decline a commission after the client has paid, the client receives a full refund of the amount they paid.

I take 50% payment before starting to draw and the remaining 50% after I am done with the sketch. If the client is willing to pay all 100% upfront, that option is also open.

I will not allow refunds from the client's side after the sketch has been confirmed by the client. If the client requests a refund before then and I haven't sent the sketch yet, I will provide a full refund (100% of what the client paid thus far). If the client requests a refund after I have sent the client the sketch and the client didn't like it and wouldn't want me to work on it further, I will provide a 50% refund of what the client paid thus far.

I retain full rights to the artwork and will post it to social media. If the client wishes the artwork to stay private, I am willing to do so if I am informed about it beforehand.

I do not consent to any of my works being used to train generative artificial intelligence or any other models or schemes; this includes selling the artwork as an NFT.

Be patient. Art takes time, and so my artworks won't be delivered immediately. It is possible for me to deliver the finished artwork in a few days, but it could also take a few weeks.
